Do I need an appointment?
Yes, you need an appointment to try on wedding dresses. We do have other fun bridal merchandise for purchase in store that can be tried on and purchased at any time during our open business hours
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring any inspirational photos of dresses and styles you like. We recommend wearing nude undergarments. If you have the shoes already you will be wearing with your dress, bring those as well.
How many people can attend my appointment with me?
We allow a maximum of 6 people to come support you during your appointment.
How long do appointments last?
Appointments last 1.5 hours to include finding your dream dress, measuring, order processing and celebrating!
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No outside food or drinks are allowed in our boutique. We do offer a water station and welcome beverage for all guests.
Do you offer alterations?
Kaycee’s Bridal does not offer in-house alterations. There are many tailors in the area that you can contact once you receive your dress to make any alterations needed, just ensure they do bridal.
How far ahead should I order my dress?
Once ordered, dresses take 6-8 months to arrive at Kaycee’s Bridal. We recommend you start shopping 9-12 months prior to wedding day to also allow time for alterations after the dress is received. If you have a limited time until your wedding, there are rush options available for an additional cost.
What is the price range of your gowns?
Our wedding dresses currently range from $1100 – $3000
What sizes do you have in your store?
Our sample sizes range from 8-28
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
All orders are final sale. Once the order is processed and received by the designer the production of the dress begins which cannot be refunded.
