Our Story

Val’s Brazilian Grill is a family-owned and operated restaurant that opened its doors in January 2025 in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Born from a deep passion for sharing the rich flavors and traditions of Brazil, Chef Val and the team bring authentic family recipes and time-honored cooking techniques to every plate. Since our launch, we’ve been dedicated to delivering genuine Brazilian hospitality, high-quality ingredients, and unforgettable meals that make every guest feel like part of the family.

Our Rodizio

Our authentic rodízio service offers an endless rotation of our fresh & high quality grilled meats, carved tableside by skilled Gauchos. Each cut is served hot off the skewer, offering a variety of perfectly grilled meats paired with traditional sides and fresh buffet offerings for a bold, unforgettable dining experience.

Our buffet features a delicious variety of hot and cold dishes, all prepared fresh each day using organic, high-quality ingredients. From crisp salads to hearty Brazilian favorites, every item is thoughtfully made to complement our tableside rodízio.
